After the humiliation of a thorough strip and cavity search, Whipcord's newest prisoner finds the biggest uniform they currently have is a little on the snug side. As her suspicions rise that the other inmates may want to have forcible sex with her, her fat ass is hauled before the governor, who has an offer she can't refuse.
